Matrox XMIO2

Matrox XMIO2 is a developer series card that is support by OEM’s across the global due to its high reliability feature. XMIO2 featuring its built-in fail-safe mechanisms add a unique new dimension for broadcast equipment. XMIO2 includes 8-bit and 10-bit uncompressed HD and SD  capture and playback, supports codecs as MPEG-2 I-frame codec, HD MPEG-2 IBP codecs, AVC- Intra, HDV codec to name. Matrox supports large number of I/O connections, XMIO2 boards are equipped with Sub-D connectors. Breakout-cable or rack mountable Break Out Box (BOB), translates the Sub-D connectors to regular connectors/plugs, making feasible for every connecting machine. Matrox XMIO2 provides versatile file reading and writing modules, along with standard codecs a key component for video servers.
